The World of Light is the name given to the planet on which the Land of Light, the continent that the story of Hyper Light Drifter takes place, is located. Only the Land of Light appears in the game, although it is implied that there was more beyond the horizon of the continent during the opening scene of the game where the crown of light is shown floating above the continent.
